How do I claim and redeem my deal?

We’ll email you as soon as we receive payment with confirmation instructions on how to get your voucher. You can follow these instructions to redeem your purchase.

Can I buy a Radicoll deal for someone else?

That’s the idea! We encourage you treating your family and friends – many of our deals make great presents and it’s always nice to spoil someone special. If there are any limitations on the number of times you can buy a particular deal, this will be clearly stated.

Is it safe?

Very. We use advanced online payment systems and at no time is your information stored on our servers. It is your responsibility to keep your account secure however, so make sure you log out of Radicoll after use.

Can I choose when my deal runs?

When do customers redeem their vouchers?

Your deal will be live for at least 24 hours. Depending on what is agreed, once payment has been taken then customers can start redeeming their vouchers. Partners can log-in at any time to see details of purchases.

When do I get my share of the revenue?

Within 15 days of the deal ending.

How do I get paid?

We will pay your share directly into your bank by BACS.

Who pays the VAT?

You do. As our partner, we will be a marketing service for you so please make sure you allow for this from your share of the revenue.

How much does Radicoll cost?

We don’t charge anything to promote your deal. You get free email marketing and associated radio advertising – and if you don’t sell anything, you don’t pay us anything. It’s simple: once your deal is live, we take over and handle all the details. After taking our agreed commission, we will pay your revenue directly into your bank account.

Can I apply a minimum and maximum range?

We can fix the number of deals available on certain days.

Can I partner with Radicoll more than once?

Of course you can – we’re looking for long-term partnerships and want to help your business avoid saturation but achieve maximum sales.
